Gratitude for Operation Respect Consultants and Trainers

Steve Seskin on Arts EducationWith the end of the 2015-2016 school year, we would like to thank all of the consultants and trainers who help us deliver professional development and school support services particularly in the New York area. We are a small (but mighty!) staff at Operation Respect and could not possibly reach the thousands of children we do each year without our fabulous extended team.

Operation Respect’s Consultants and Trainers

Marcy May, you are our go-to source for all things related to student voice and leadership and we are grateful to partner with you on peer mediation and Respect for All training in New York. Thank you for being a true partner.

Edwin Figueroa and Javier Diaz, you are our dynamic duo of Staten Island who have worked with hundreds of children and adults over the past several years to build safer, more compassionate, more respectful environments for learning in their schools.   We are grateful for your innovation and dedication to “your” schools.

Hayley Reardon, you bring such a unique energy and excitement to the schools where you perform. We are so grateful that you share your talent with us and sing the message of anti-bullying and peace so beautifully.

Steve Seskin, you play (pun intended) so many roles for us from Board Director to songwriter of our inspirational anthem, but our favorite might be your role as educator in bringing energizing assemblies and powerfully moving songwriting workshops to schools. Thank you for practicing what you preach and living the message of Don’t Laugh at Me.

Happy summer vacation to you all!
